Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website available at www.multiscrape.com
(the “Service”), operated by multiscrape.com, with its registered office at Al. Jerozolimskie 100, 02-017 Warsaw, Poland (the “Service Provider”).

By accessing or using the Service, you (“User” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms define the rules for using the Service and the rights and obligations of Users and Clients.
1.2. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. The Service Provider may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Service and apply from the date of publication.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Service Provider – multiscrape.com, with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland.

Service – the online portal available at www.multiscrape.com

User – any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Service without creating an Account.

Client – a User who has created an Account.

Account – a section of the Service assigned to a Client, providing access to selected Services.

Login – the Client’s email address, serving as their unique identifier.

Password – a string of characters defined by the Service Provider, used for login authentication.

Services – all services made available through the Service.

Balance – a functionality of the Service that stores funds enabling Clients to purchase databases.

Stripe – the independent payment system used to process payments.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. The Service enables Users to:

Purchase databases based on defined criteria.

3.2. The Service enables Clients to:

Create and manage an Account.

Purchase and download databases.

Change login passwords.

4. Account Registration

4.1. To create an Account, the User must complete the registration form and click “Create Account.”
4.2. Required information includes:

Email address (used as Login).

Password.
4.3. Additional fields may be provided but are optional.
4.4. Users must confirm their email address via a confirmation link sent to their inbox. Activation is required to access the Account.

5. Service Agreement

5.1. By creating an Account and upon successful verification, a Service agreement is concluded between the Service Provider and the Client.
5.2. The agreement is for an indefinite term with a one-month notice period, effective at the end of a calendar month.
5.3. The agreement may be terminated:

By either party with 30 days’ notice.

Immediately by the Service Provider if the Client breaches these Terms or applicable Polish law.

By mutual agreement of the parties.
5.4. The Client does not authorize the Service Provider to issue VAT invoices.
5.5. Fees for services not covered by these Terms shall be determined individually with the Client.

6. Obligations of the Service Provider

The Service Provider shall:

Strive to maintain uninterrupted operation of the Service.

Ensure data in databases is up-to-date, while reserving the right to correct or remove errors.

Not be liable for inaccuracies in public registers or damages caused by third-party attacks, viruses, or password disclosure by the User.

Reserve the right to modify or improve the Services, and to temporarily suspend operations due to technical reasons or force majeure.

7. Obligations of the Client

The Client shall:

Use the Service lawfully and without disrupting its infrastructure.

Keep login credentials secure and confidential.

Notify the Service Provider of any breach of these Terms.

Not share data obtained from the Service with third parties.

The Client agrees that:

For payment processing, their data may be transmitted to Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller under the GDPR.

Invoices may be delivered electronically in PDF format to the email address provided at registration.

8. Technical Requirements

8.1. The Service is supported on the latest versions of: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Edge.
8.2. Functionality on other browsers may be possible but is not guaranteed.
8.3. Users must have software capable of opening CSV, XLS, XLSX, and JSON files, and a valid email address.
8.4. The Service Provider may temporarily suspend Service availability for maintenance, providing at least 2 days’ advance notice by email.

9. Right of Withdrawal

9.1. A Client may withdraw from the agreement without cause within 14 days of delivery of the Service.
9.2. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing (e.g., using the template in Annex 2 of these Terms) and sent to office@multiscrape.com

9.3. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Service Provider will confirm receipt by email.
9.4. Withdrawal results in the agreement being considered null and void.
9.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

The Service was fully performed with the Client’s prior consent, and

The Client was informed they would lose the right to withdraw once the Service was completed.

10. Complaints

10.1. The Service Provider shall provide Services with due diligence.
10.2. Complaints regarding non-performance or improper performance must be submitted to office@multiscrape.com

10.3. Complaints are deemed submitted on the date received by the Service Provider.
10.4. The Service Provider will respond within 30 days.
10.5. If additional information is required, the Service Provider may request further details from the Client.
10.6. If the complaint is upheld, the Service Provider will refund the appropriate amount.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms take effect upon publication on the Service.
11.2. The Client and Service Provider agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
11.3. Amendments to these Terms will be communicated by email. Failure to object within 7 days constitutes acceptance.
11.4. An objection by the Client constitutes termination of the agreement.
11.5. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the Polish Civil Code and other applicable laws.
11.6. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court competent for the Service Provider’s registered office.
